- DIMITRI SOUDAS, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD – Mr. Soudas has developed a well-earned reputation as a top performer at the highest levels of government, the private sector and not for profit organisations. He was the chief spokesperson and Director of Communications to the Prime Minister of Canada where he served with distinction for a decade after fulfilling a number of roles there beginning in 2002. Following this challenging period, Mr. Soudas transitioned into the position of Executive Director (Communications) at the Canadian Olympic Committee. Mr. Soudas was then appointed as Executive Director/CEO of the Conservative Party of Canada, an organisation with more than 100 employees. In 2014, he entered the private sector, becoming the Senior Advisor to the President of Cavalia and the Managing Partner of Stampede Group. In his current roles at Cavalia and Stampede Group, Mr. Soudas’s expertise in the areas of management, business development, government and international relations has allowed him to develop successful strategic partnerships for clients in Canada, the United States, China, Europe the Middle East and India. This combined experience has led to several corporate and not-for-profit board appointments for Mr. Soudas such as chairing the Board of Directors of Merry Montreal and Advisory Board Member of Montreal’s International Triathlon.
- Dr SOTIRIOS KAPOTAS, PRESIDENT & CEO, DIRECTOR – Dr. Kapotas holds a PhD from the University of Alberta Canada with specialization in Geophysics. From 1991 to 2001 he was an executive for the French Petroleum Company Total in positions of geophysical research in Paris, head of geophysical operations in Buenos Aires and Manager New Ventures and Exploration in Libya. As founder of the LandTech Group he took over the role of President and CEO and changed the image of the group by promoting its specialized services – in particular Passive Seismic to the petroleum sector worldwide. He founded Stream Oil & Gas Ltd in 2006, a public company operating and producing crude oil and natural gas in Albania. He was a major shareholder and held the position of President & CEO until 2015 when the company merged with Transatlantic Petroleum Ltd. He has written several scientific articles and given invited presentations on modern issues of petroleum exploration.
- BRIAN MORRISON, CFO, DIRECTOR – Mr. Morrison received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2004 and completed the Canadian securities course in 2006. From January 2005 to May 2008, Mr. Morrison was an account manager with Computershare Investor Services Inc., an international full-service financial services, corporate trust and stock transfer company. Since June 2008, he has been a self-employed consultant working in the area of public company administration. Mr. Morrison currently serves and has previously served as a director or as chief financial officer of various publicly traded issuers.
- BRYSON GOODWIN, DIRECTOR - A practiced international executive with extensive experience in finance, management, investor relations and operations with both private and public companies.
